Reports state that Armstrong Teasdale, an outside law firm hired to look into the allegations of sexual harassment and assault reported back in November of 2019 to ASU and Ray Anderson that their investigation concluded, “there is sufficient evidence to conclude that [the women were] sexually harassed by Mr. Wear based on the credibility of the witnesses and the weight of the evidence.”
