After ASU received the conclusions of the independent investigation, according to reports the prominent booster who allegedly committed the assaults was allowed to sit courtside at an ASU men’s basketball game versus LA-Lafayette. In a stunning turn of event, the victims were reportedly once again subjected to the close proximity of their alleged attacker. It would seem reasonable that protective measures would have been put in place before this to make sure something like this could not happen.
